SUT Course Guidelines:
A topic and a course schedule must be presented and approved a minimum of three months before the course will be given. Description of topic should contain the content, goals, and what participants can expect to take away.
After the topic and course schedule is approved by the SUT Committee, a date will be chosen and Norris Conference Center will be contacted for availability.
The committee and presenting company will be notified of the approved date.
All presentations must be submitted to the SUT Committee in PowerPoint format for approval at least 30 days before the date of the course. Presentations must have the SUT logo in the upper left hand corner of each slide. The presenting company logo may only appear on title slide. SUT slide template is available upon request.
An email announcement will be sent to the SUT database as soon as possible. Registration deadline will be set one week before the date of the course.
All registrations and communications will be handled by the SUT.

Please note: If presenting company cancels once an agreement has been made with Norris Conference Center, presenting company may be subject to a cancellation fee.
