SUT Webinar Reliability-Based Design of Offshore Foundations
Reliability-Based Design of Offshore Foundations
Reliability theory, which is used to calculate probability of failure and risk, provides the framework to account for uncertainties in a systematic manner.

This webinar will provide case studies on how to use reliability theory to address the key uncertainties in offshore foundation design directly, and to achieve the desired safety level given the uncertainties. It will also demonstrate how reliability-based design can be used for calibration of partial load and resistance factors in LRFD.

Date: July 11, 2017
8:30am - 9:30am CDT
Webinar-Only Event
Cost: Members $25 and Non-Members $30
