Knut Schroder

Born in Trondheim (Norway).
Earned his Master Degree in Civil Engineering at NTNU in Trondheim (1979). Joined Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) in 1986. Established NGI Houston in 2002 and has been living and working in Houston for 10 yrs. Works today at NGI in Oslo as Technical Advisor and is Chairman of NGI Houston. Has extensive experience from offshore foundation design and supports API/ISO committees on Anchors and Moorings and Concrete Structures (Gravity base structures). His professional interests are focused on geotechnical engineering.
